The more seeds and leechers you have the better and you need atleast one seed in order to be able to complete the download of the file(s).

Some anime series get cut short when they are licensed in America, which can really suck so make sure you stay up to date with your downloading. If your on 56k your in the same boat as always and probably shouldnt even try to get files this way. Anway after you get a BitTorrent client all you have to do is click on a file and it will start downloading automatically. You can set a default folder for the files as well if you want in the options.
